A genuine 5 star experience from start to finish. Flying with Emirates was a pleasure prompt efficient service. The Media Rotana is in a useful location to access all the courses big clean rooms good food, certainly try the Italian restaurant and a good sports bar. The highlight was obviously the golf courses which were all immaculate and the welcome/service second to none. Yes Dubai can be expensive but this is a premium experience and worth every penny. Some of the best Golf in the world. Thanks to YGT for great organisation.

What makes YGT good is the staff that they employee. Nick Bishop always goes the extra mile to make the trip a good one. This trip was nothing different , from start to finish it was awesome. Good golf good weather good company and organisation as ever made it . Well done Nick and his team 👍

This is the go to company if you want to book a golf trip. Brilliant team who can arrange your experience cheaper than you could possibly do contacting the golf clubs yourself. Tommy Hayden did a great job as we wanted specific courses on specific days with specific tee times. I have used them many times, they never fail to deliver

I did use YourGolfTravel for the first time, and I have to say that I’ve been impressed! Tom Wallis organised accommodation and golf starts so quick with updates everyday before departure. The experience was 100% perfect: cabs where all there on time, golfs were booked as planned, and so we a have a stress-free experience at Marrakech. Thank you Tom!

When we arrived in Turkey on Wednesday, I was concerned that we would not be a le to complete our 18 holes with a start time of 14.23. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, as we could have done if the speed of play was good. Sadly I was correct and we played the 16th in the gloom, 17 in darkness and 18 in pitch black. I can only guess they booked us a twilight slot and hoped it would be ok. But the point is that we have booked a "Golf Holiday" that has been impacted by not being able to finish our first round. We contact James our representative at Your Golf Travel and we received the following "Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that you were unable to complete your round yesterday. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been. We do our best to ensure that all bookings are scheduled in a way that allows players enough time to complete their round. It seems that this situation was overlooked, and I apologies for any inconvenience caused. I'll be looking into this further to ensure we improve our booking process and avoid this happening again in the future. Please let me know if there's anything we can do to make this right or assist you going forward, please let me know. We truly value your business and want to ensure your next experience is much smoother. We hope you enjoy the rest of your trip and I will give you a call on your return!" I asked quite reasonably for a complimentary 9 holes on our day off and was told this was not possible but they would take this into account on our next booking. However there will not be a next booking - as we will give another company the chance to book tee times which will allow us time to complete our game. 2 star rating as everything else has been good - but we did book a golf holiday to play our allotted games of golf, which we were not able to do! Since I returned I have had a courtesy call from James and also from the Head of European Sales. They both maintain it was not there fault as their partner booked the slots and there was no reason why we should not have completed our rounds. I agreed to disagree and will happily update this review if they really do compensate us through our next booking. Do your homework on booking times and dont trust the experts at Your Golf Travel!
