You Garden Tracking Order Status

Good website and easy to order but the delivery time was too long and there was a lack of updates; I had to contact YouGarden to find out where my order was. When the plants eventually arrived, they were well packaged and not damaged but very dry and one plant had several dead leaves. Hopefully it will recover.

Package arrived as expected. The contents had been carefully packed and arrived in good condition. Only niggle is that two of the trays of ten plants only contained nine but it was difficult to spot this.

The actual product is absolutely fine and easy to put up, just what we wanted. However we paid £7,50 p & p for this one but when I went online to order a further 2 they wanted to charge me £22! I would of paid the £15 it should on been but not £22 and when I tried to get an answer from You Garden as to why p & p was so high they didn't have an answer. Went elsewhere and got the same product nearly £10 cheaper and N0 p & p charge at all!!

All the plants we from you have been good quality all our friends like because of the lovely we buy mainly petunias with masses of blooms thanks to You Garden

All three fruit trees arrived on time and in reasonable condition. I only use "resonable" as the Pear Tree was not the best but both apple trees were fine. Time will tell if the pear tree comes good. I cant complain about You Gardens comes and delivery and would use them again.
