YOOX Tracking Order Status

I have been a yoox customer since 2018. Although it continues to be a good site compared to other similar ones, in the approximately last 2 years it has gotten worse. Not from the point of view of the itemes quality but in terms of shipments (inacurate courieres) and customer service (kind but not very risolutive)

Purchased Versace sliders size 5, price reduction and I’m happy with the product, soft sole, and very comfortable. Burberry hat- medium- perfect fit, again a price reduction. Love both my purchases, and delivery was reasonable, just over a week from ordering to been delivered. Being notified of delivery and was kept up to date by delivery company. So all good! I do enjoy buying from this site, and all products are authentic!

Charge the delivery, and delivery times extended comparado to the past. The service is worse than beberé.

I’m not rating just my last experience. In my opinion in the last 2 years it has become much worse. Things are not what they used to be, prices are more expensive and couriers much, much worse. I am very fond of them and customers for years, but I don't buy as much as I used to.
