I was lucky enough to be given the set as a gift. They have really helped my peri menopausal skin breakouts. I am a very light sleeper however the night pill has helped me sleep much deeper. I will absolutely purchase them for myself and keep using them.

You never know with supplements, as it always feels like a bit of a dark art - will they or won't they actually do anything? So hand on heart I can say that for me - the Day Pill has been a revolution. It's really worked as I've had visible results. I've said goodbye to my swollen stomach and tummy aches, which plagued me for years. Wish I had started it sooner.

I have been taking the night pill since October and for me, and now my husband ( I buy the larger bottle), this works. I’d gotten to that, wake up at 4am, mind racing and couldn’t fall back asleep. Tried calm app stories, meditation etc. This keeps me ‘asleep’ even if I needed the loo. I feel ‘rested’ waking up too. The other ingredients in this pill just work for me. Before this I was buying a cheap amazon magnesium. The quality of this is better.

When I ordered this product I was very sceptical at first. Being someone who suffers with chronic neck pain and painful Myalgia Parasthetica in my legs, I wake several times during the night and find it difficult to get back to sleep. Since taking the night pill I sometimes don’t wake at all but if I do, I am finding that I go back to sleep straight away. I would highly recommend the night pill and I now have my order on repeat so I never run out.
