Yesglasses Tracking Order Status

I was 2 days away from asking for a refund as it took 22 days. Then they wrote back and told me there were delays with shipping. The next day it said it got shipped out so I waited. And I may have a new favorite pairs. I ordered a square pair and a pair of aviators. I'd only ever heard of this glasses company this year, but I always like to try new things of things that I know I already need. Honestly, the reviews online were mixed, but there were more positive than negative reviews about the customer service via Reddit comments so I gave the company a chance.

Ordered glasses for my son and the frames were nice quality, a great price, and their customer service was exceptional. 5 stars for us!

It started out very easy, but then got a bit confusing. I did not have nor could I easily get some measurements necessary to "fit" the glasses I ordered. Yesglasses was very responsive to my requests for help, they sent me some suggestions and a download but the issue could not be resolved. I asked for and received a refund exactly as and when they said it would be processed. I did not have the opportunity to try their physical product, but I can say the customer service level is top notch.

I never ordered online glasses before but I am very happy that I finally did. The frames that I ordered are called "Couch" and they are very modern stylish and well made and I highly recommend them. The customer service that this Company offers is second to none and that's a fact! They always got back to me quickly and answered all my questions and concerns. Their website is very informative and has all the information from the dimensions... to the weight... customer testimonials, etc... When I need another pair in the future I KNOW THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

I ordered the Dawn frames with beautiful purple gradient lenses. The glasses are awesome quality and nice and light! This review is more for their Customer Service though. I have never come across a company that is so customer focused. The glasses didn't work out for me but there was absolutely zero push back, no pressure. Nothing but kind and friendly, helpful suggestions and ultimately a quick solution. I was refunded almost immediately without question. Even though this pair didn't work, yesglasses is top of my list for when I need new glasses. THANK YOU so much for making it such an amazing experience!
