Yesglasses Tracking Order Status

I ordered the Dawn frames with beautiful purple gradient lenses. The glasses are awesome quality and nice and light! This review is more for their Customer Service though. I have never come across a company that is so customer focused. The glasses didn't work out for me but there was absolutely zero push back, no pressure. Nothing but kind and friendly, helpful suggestions and ultimately a quick solution. I was refunded almost immediately without question. Even though this pair didn't work, yesglasses is top of my list for when I need new glasses. THANK YOU so much for making it such an amazing experience!

Good glasses Great customer service. Purchased a pair of tinted sunglasses. The lenses were much lighter in color than appeared on the website. The customer service to get them replaced (for no additional cost) was so shockingly fast to respond, friendly, and affective, it encouraged me to make an account on this site to leave a positive review.

I had the most amazing customer service. I could purchase eyeglasses online. This was my first time trying. I have glaucoma and a difficult prescription. I purchased glasses. We communicated through email, and I decided it was best that I went to my ophthalmologist for glasses. They refunded my money in full - no issues.

My glasses that started at $49 ended up at $300 US Made up. That is ridiculous!
