Great experience, great customer service. I ordered twice from yew customs (a customized hat and a flag) and both times came out amazingly! Very fast delivery too!

This is made in China and ships from China. Do not expect this to arrive anytime soon. Placed my order on December 2 and I had to follow-up on December 16. This is not arriving for Christmas. Do not order from here.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered 13 shirts for my bachelorette party and they only sent me 9 saying the other 4 had quality control issues and need to be remade. While the ones I received are nice they haven’t responded to my emails in two weeks about the additional shirts. I ended up filing a claim with my cc company to get my money back for the four. They are located in China do not respond to emails so I wouldn’t hold your breath with this company

I ordered and paid and a month later still no package. I tracjed it and it was sent back for insufficient address. I live in the mountains and do mot have a mail box. So I told them if you ship USPS you need to only put my po box. They made me pay 15$ to redo the print and then sent it to my street addres again! Ugh! Then they told me to call the post office and find it. Seriously? They did not use my po box again--I saw on the tracking info. There is no phone number so you have to use email. I asked for a refund and they only gave me half of my money back. I guess that is better than nothing but I should have gotten it all back. They wouldn't even try to track it down when it came back to them twice! How do you stay in business by telling your customers to call some random pist iffice 3 states away to get sonething already paid for?! I went with a different company and got my order in 10 days! Do not use this company! 4 months to get this dealt with.

Jeg bestilte en t shirt. Der stod intet om på deres side at det blev sendt fra kina og der stod 4-10 hverdage for levering. Jeg ventede 4 uger før varen kom og jeg skulle betale ca 200kr i gebyr oveni t shirt og fragt fordi varen kom fra kina hvilket normalt ikke vil betyde 3 stjerne, men fordi deres kundeservice faktisk var super venlig at skrive med og tilbød at betale halvdelen af det gebyr der kom på syntes jeg faktisk det var okay. kvaliteten og billedet på t shirten er også super fint. Intet at sætte på det..
