YesCom USA Inc. Tracking Order Status

This company is unprofessional, and they take advantage. I returned an item that the box never was opened, also, I returned in the same box of Amazon, again, I never opened the box. I returned it same day, and now they have an excuse saying that I opened the box just to charge re-storage fee. Be careful with this company. they take your money unfairly.

Do not buy from this company. We ordered an item from this company, however it did not work for our application. I contacted them several days later to start the return. I first had to take a picture of the item and sent it to them. I got an RMA and shipped the package back to them. Emailed them again, and they requested the carrier I used and wanted the tracking #. I complied and even the name of the person signing for it. I was then told they couldn't find the return and to send a copy of the FedEx form indicating tracking number and who signed for it. I did this, then they said the item was found and I would be refunded the next day. It has been two weeks and no refund. Luckily I have a fedex account and could provide this last form, but apparently that didn't help. In all the returns I have ever made, this takes the cake. It appears they make you jump through so many hoops, then still do not process the return. I will email them again today!

Do not order from here or the LA shop. Both of these companies are a scam and sell items worse then wish.com read their terms very carefully. Basically says every description is a lie and they are not liable. Steer clear.
