Yellowpop Tracking Order Status

Would love to give a 5 star review but my experience with Kristina Munoz from the Yellowpop trade program was frustrating and cost me numerous hours of my billable time. The product is great (!) but the service is not so much. I started the process of ordering a sign I had already designed with a standard font and a standard size (M) on May 5th. Today is May 23rd and I cannot lose anymore time to get my project completed. I ended up buying the sign online today at the regular price. I have used Yellowpop on several of my projects before and I always purchased online and was very satisfied with the product. This is my first in-person experience. I can recommend buying online. Amendment: Yellowpop reached out and wanted to discuss how to improve the trade experience and I had a very pleasant phone conversation with the head of sales for yellowpop. I trust that based on the feedback, some changes will be made and I will say again that I will purchase from them again and will try to use the trade department for my next purchase. The neon light I recently purchased is of high-quality and it looked great in my space! I also appreciated the customizable options available to make it more personalized. I just find it expensive, that's all.

Fixture was fine but the wireless dimmer was left out of my order. I had to send multiple pictures to prove it wasn't sent. It felt like customer service didn't trust or believe I was telling the truth for something I paid for. It was my first order with Yellowpop.
