The rating here was 1.5 yesterday with more than 1,400 reviews.. what happened ? Very suspicious.

Absolute outstanding service; this company went above and beyond! We weren’t in when the delivery driver tried to deliver my sons birthday present; he rang me to see where I was and stayed on the phone whilst he tried 3 different neighbours. Unfortunately no one was in so he had to return the items to the depot. When I got back from work I headed to the depot (depot I.D 432) Kerry rang the driver to see where he was and when he returned to depot they helped get the items which were very heavy into my vehicle. All of this on a Friday evening! All in all the excellent service we had saved my sons from disappointment on their birthday. Thank you very much!

Stephen depot 432 arrived on time was pleasant and very helpful. Boxes were delivered right to our front door and although obviously really busy with his deliveries had time to quickly chat which makes all the difference Well done Stephen hope we get you again!
