It all started over 5 years ago when I bought my first laptop from xoticpc.com when i was an over the road truck driver. The customer service is by far the best I've experienced and since then have bought 2 laptops for both my daughters and have referred my wife's Aunt who bought a desktop computer for her grandson on Christmas a couple years ago. I just now bought another laptop and am thrilled that xoticpc.com not only had it, but the checkout process from back when I originally purchased my first laptop has gotten better. Keep up the awesome work xotic!

The order process is pretty seamless--particularly considering the number of options available. I just ordered my second computer from Xotic and I'm looking forward to receiving it.
