I bought two pair of xero shoes 3 Months ago from xeroshoes.eu. The shoes are perfect (Mesa Trail and Denver, both clearance). The customer service quickly gave me all information before my purchase and after. Shipment was fast enough (around 1 week, from Czech Republic to Italy)

Don't order from this company if you haven't already tried on the shoes at a local shoe store! I ordered a pair at a friend's recommendation and didn't like the feel of them. They refunded $15 less than I paid for them (charged for original shipping AND $9.99 to ship them back.) The policy is stated on their website but it's not a great one if they want customers to try them out again. I certainly won't be. Order # 6441712

It pains me to write this as I actually like the shoes before they fall apart. But I feel I should warn other buyers. First I bought a pair of black Prios, which I loved at first. However after a month of general wear and gym work, they started peeling away at the front. I complained/sent photos to the company and they very quickly sent out a new pair. Unfortunately the new pair did not feel true to size, they squashed my toes and just felt totally different. I ended up gluing the original pair and wearing those... they are now peeling away at the sides. I then thought I'd give them a 2nd chance so 3 months ago I bought the Z-Trail sandals for summer, costing $150 AUD. I barely even worn them consistently, and within 2 months the stitching which holds the straps on the soles started to unthread a peel away... So disappointing for such an expensive pair of sandals. I complained again but before even messaging me they have sent out a new pair. I didn't want a new pair.. I want to send them back for a refund. Why would I want more shoddy footwear that's also going to fall apart again. Now that's $75 a pair which I still wouldn't pay for them now. I don't understand how Xero Shoes get good reviews from review sites. I won't be buying anymore shoes from them... Think I'll move to Vivo Barefoot. ADD ON: Told me they'd contact me... Still haven't... I won't hold my breath haha.

My sons xero's were coming apart after 6 months use. Customer service via email were really helpful and sent out a replacement pair free of charge the same day, brilliant service. They honour their guarantee, that gives me confidence to buy more.

I bought one pair of xero shoes last October 26, the shoes arrived around 10 days after. One of the shoes has a defect right on the front. I sent the support an email November 9th. Received an answer on the 22th saying that the order number I sent was from another pair of shoes from someone else (from April). They asked me to look for the correct order number of "those shoes I sent the photos" and for me to send "a clear photo of the entire tag located on the inner tongue of the shoes". Well, I sent the email I had received from them with the order confirmation, sent the tag photo, and, I'm still waiting. The order number is exactly the one I sent. What is this, do they know what they are doing? What support is this? It is something I payed with PayPal, they have the payment, the invoice, everything. I decided to come and edit this review (april 3rd) Xero shoes offered me two ways to solve this: destroy the shoes and send them a picture, or send them back and they would send me another pair or refund me. I said I would not destroy the shoes, despite the defect, I like them, so, I have a two years warranty to send them back. At first I only wore the shoes around the house, but I decided to overlook the defect and started using them everywhere. Six months latter, I decided to give Xeroshoes another chance, and bought another pair in sale. There was a delay in the order but the shoes arrived and they are just perfect. So, despite the difficult support and the troubles I had with my first order, the shoes are really very good and nice, I like them a lot. Hopefully the defect was really a one time thing and unfortunately, it happened to me. I don't like to give negative reviews and it is unfair to classify a company by an isolated issue. Give them a try, but be aware that if you need support, it might take some time for them to respond you.
