Xero Tracking Order Status

Hassan an agent from Xero, who telephoned me at the requested time and was absolutely great. He talked me through what to do and in a matter of around 8-10 minutes had explained all I needed to know to continue with changing my template successfully

Difficult to find where to log a case / get in touch with your support team. Why not just have a "Contact" tab which guides you straight to the relevant teams for Xero support? It shouldn't be this hard to get support...not terribly impressed!

The support guys were very helpful and came back to me as quickly. My only criticism is that it took time to get through to the correct contact for my enquiry. This is not the fault of the support workers but the automatic support software.

Somehow my Xero Verify log in details got lost and my phone didn’t get log in prompt probably because Xero had a different number. Somehow I sorted it out but not sure why or how

Had an issue, support came back to me very fast with a solution and the report I could not download.
