I started using xendurance products a little over a year ago now. I have tried so many different nutrition brands over the years as an athlete and I can honestly say I met my match when I was first introduced to Xendurance. I find their products to be light on the stomach and easily digestible, something I have struggled with find with other nutrition companies. They are different to other brands in that they have the emphasis on lactate as the energy source. Each product that arrives always come with a detailed description of what is in it and the benefits of using it as well as when the product should be consumed around training. The Immune health and Xendurance tablets I now take daily and I have found to be a huge benefit during harder training weeks, to support the function of my immune system.
