Just had a phone call with Molly about wireless microphones and other gadgets. Her customer service is FIRST CLASS! It's nice to speak with people who are kind and friendly as well as take their customers seriously!!!!!

I had a great experience with X8 Drum Shop!!! I saw a djembe drum bag cover online and it showed there were none in the size I needed. I decided to look at exactly who was selling this bag. It was X8 Drums and from there began a very positive journey with a great shop!! They had the drum cover bag in the size and color I needed and wanted. I was amazed!!! At this point I made telephone contact, ordered my drum bag and received it in 3 to 5 days!! Molly at X8 Drums was truly wonderful and I am grateful for her assistance!! I love my bag! Called their customer service line and they walked me through the whole process, they even went as far to personally send me links to some tutorial videos! Quality products, quality people.
