WOWGO BOARD Tracking Order Status

Living in Paris, I bought the 2S Max last year in 2022 right before summer time. My very first electric longboard ever… And I got totally addicted! Used it on daily basis to commute between home and work until it became too cold because of winter time. I just can’t wait to jump back onto it for spring next month. Meanwhile, I had to order an extra remote and asked questions from the customer service and here again I have been fully satisfied! Really good board to start with as great company to stick to!

Love the 2s max I got, had an issue with the battery but the support member I had, Kylie, was great at diagnosing and are sending me a replacement for free under warranty

Very fast responding, and very helpful in any situation or issue that you might have. They try to help out by giving you details on the issue and how it might be resolved.

I got a Mini2board few months ago and I couldn't be happier with it... It's really easy to use and super fun. Besides, the costumer service is great! I had a problem with the battery and Ron helped me out and send me a new battery free of charge. I'd definitely recommend any wowgo board to anybody. Thanks Ron and Wowgoboard! Commuting is so much funnier now ;)
