I had a brilliant experience with Woven. I wanted a jute rug for my kitchen. Ordered from Woven on a Saturday, and it was delivered on the Tuesday. The rug is beautiful and exceeds my expectations. They also had 20% off for new customers.

Ordered Brink & Chapman rug in the black friday sale on 30/11/21 got an email from Woven two weeks later stating "Due to a typographical error in pricing, im afraid to report we have had to cancel your order" and offered a 25% discount on nect order but didn't give me a code!!! At the time they actually answered the phone and had a functioning webchat and I was able to eventually get money put back into my paypal account on 14/12/21. I had ordered a second rug Lignie Design also in the black Friday Sale on the 1/12/21 thankfully rug eventually arrived on the 23/12/21 after several phonecalls and webchats. Colours were slightly off compared to photos but I guess the photos they use are provided by the Ligne Design not Woven. Ordered a 3rd rug Ligne Design on 7/01/22 and after a lot of stress and unanswered phone calls to Woven, misinformation, generic responsens from Woven's Zendesk as phones and webchat no longer working I eventually rang Ligne Designs customer services and they were able to tell me that the rug had been sent to Woven over a week before, so I emailed Woven and asked where it was and it eventually arrived on 3/03/22 two months after ordering. Colour is again a bit off but happy with quality and designs of rugs. I rang Woven's customer Services before ordering for my 2nd and 3rd order to make sure prices online were correct and rugs were in stock and they told me each time they were in stock in their UK warehouse which was not correct! Why did I buy from Woven? Because they are cheaper. Keep in mid if you are ordering outside the UK you will have to pay duty, I paid 94euro duties on a 152euro rug and paid 45euro shipping. If you need a rug quickly and don't want the stress or have the time to chase and follow up Woven for information on when the product they promised will arrive (it stated within 10-15 working days for my orders), then I suggest you buy elsewhere. I don't understand why Woven give false information on delivery and use generic responses. It makes customers feel they've been scammed or the company is going out of business. It's a shame because the rugs that did eventually arrive are good quality.

I ordered a rug and it was delivered on time within 4 days which was brilliant! This is though when the good service ended. The rug was nothing like what I ordered and paid for! I contacted them the following Monday after the weekend and they told me to email pictures of what I'd received and what I was expecting. I heard nothing for 3 days so chased my email up. Lucy was very helpful and said would get back to me once she had spoken with the warehouse. No email so had to chase yet again 4 days later...nothing so rang and Lucy answered she said she would makesure collection of the old rug would be dealt with and replaced with the rug I originally ordered. Three days later a new rug appeared by DHL! It was the same rug as the old one!!! So now I'm stuck with two horrible rugs and had no reply to my emails and voicemail...come on Woven sort it out please! I'd rather have a refund and take these two horrible ones away! ***SINCE this review Lucy has spoken with me at length and assured me the old rugs will be collected and the one I originally ordered will be sent asap. It appears the code on the system is wrong so it messed up the order. Thanks Lucy very helpful.

My experience with Woven was on the whole excellent. I bought a fairly expensive rug at a good price. It arrived in the timescale specified but although the rug was of good quality it was too big for the room so I had to send it back. This is where things got a little less straightforward. I don't know if it was a bad week for them but I phoned Woven a couple of times and after 15 minutes on hold just got a voice mail which was never responded to. This lack of being able to contact them on the telephone is why it's a four rather than five star review. On the other hand, I found their email support to be excellent. My initial support request was responded to by the start of the next working day by Lucy. In that and subsequent responses she was brilliant at guiding me through the returns procedure and ultimately issuing me a prompt refund. Thanks Lucy, you were great and a credit to the company. I've since bought a replacement rug from Woven which is more suited to my space and I've very happy Would buy from Woven again.

I thought I should pop on to write a review. I was initially very worried after placing my order AND THEN reading reviews. There were many bad and I was expecting to be extremely disappointed with the rug/service if needing to return. But the rug arrived 2 days after ordering, I received brilliant communication and tracking details as soon as the item shipped. The item was delivered in perfect condition and is lovely quality. Very happy with my order
