wotofo Tracking Order Status

This company mostly has a lot of mostly bad reviews alot of angry customers well I think something is up with that somebody trying to hurt the company so here's my experience I ordered my product then read the reviews witch had me concerned so anyway I ordered Thursday June 29th and gave them the benefit of don't cause the postal service has alot of issues so going buy the reviews I didn't expect to see my product for a while especially around the 4th of july and low and behold I got an email from them with usps delivery tracking info saying I would receive my package buy 9pm Saturday the 1st and I had things to do witch meant I had to hang around a wait for the delivery cause I live on a street we're. Y package would be stolen on a hot minute so I prepared to wait watching usps tracking witch the truck didn't move for an hour so my mail man comes 1030 every day so gauss what he delivered my package and my product was not damaged and I don't need to speak on there product it speaks for itself so to wrap this up wotofo gets a 10 plus from me and I will be doing more business with them and buy the way the message they sent was there concerns on me getting my product in time they wanted to know right away if it was not delivered that day way to go wotofo thanks.

I placed an order with this company and they shipped it out the next day so far things have been great with them I'll update once it comes in. If you read further on the website under I believe FAQ it says that if ordering in the US they will send your order through the warehouse in Cali but if it isn't in stock there than they will have to ship it from overseas where the main company is. UPDATE: Received my package today and it was perfect and eve arrived early. Thanks Wotofo for the quick shipping and for the great products!!

experience wasnt bad, got everything I ordered just took about 25 days from when I placed the order, and they took a long time to respond to my email so it was worrying but all ended up good..

I will just start out by saying I have received my products, and the ones that I did get are fantastic. Wotofo makes great stuff. That being said. I Placed my order on April 22nd, they gave me a tracking number, and that said that my order had shipped 4 days later and was awaiting drop off at a USPS facility. After a couple of days I am concerned as it hasn't arrived at that facility yet. So I sent in a ticket, and was told that I needed to be patient, and that the product ships from China and that typically I should allow 20 days for delivery. No big deal, right? I mean, they should put that on the order page, but that is what it is. I was OK with 20 days. Fast forward to June 5th, which is a few days longer than 20 days I should think. My package finally arrives, and out of the 3 tubes of mesh strips I ordered 2 are beautifully packaged, well put together and altogether a good value in my opinion. While perhaps not quite worth the wait. The third tube was.. well it was beautifully packaged as well, the problem was there was nothing inside of it. I have put in a ticket requesting they either refund or replace in a timely fashion, I will update when they get it resolved. Update 6/8 - Customer service reached out and refunded shipping plus promised to send a replacement. Long story short, I will continue to buy their products, but maybe not from them directly. The shipping time was absurd, the response to my concerns was basically a "be patient" and then a long silence, and I only got 2/3 of my order.
