World Soccer Shop Tracking Order Status

I had to return 2 ítems of an order I placed. The process was simple but a bit harsh at the begining. The other ítems on my order (all football Shirts) were fines.

Ordered some Liverpool 2020/21 away kits, all tracked and traced. Received them in a good amount of time (USA to NZ) an everything is 100% official (not fakes) & no complaints. There was a 1 week delay from the time I ordered them, to when I was officially charged and item sent out. Not sure on the reason for delay, but I suspect it’s a supply chain issue, so happy they only charged me once they knew the goods were on the way! Will definitely use the store again if I need to buy something again. I have written this review, because often people only post when the have something negative to say, but I was totally happy!

I ordered a football top on the 17th November, it finally arrived today. I had been worried as it just seemed too long to wait. I also began to read reviews and had wished I hadn’t ordered from them. However, the quality of the LUFC top is good and I’m happy with my purchase. The company answered all my emails, think I sent five in all. Goods coming into the country will only get worse with Brexit, so maybe this is the new norm!
