Woolx Tracking Order Status

I have two important points. 1. Woolx.com has superior customer service. Their customer service staff is professional, prompt, courteous and eminently human. They are actually there to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE. Imagine!!! They get back to you quickly with a solution to a problem and stand by their product line. 2. I own three pairs of their Stella merino leggings (now in tall) and they wear fabulously and wash wonderfully. And they are comfortable and warm! You can stop looking for leggings now, because once you try Stella leggings, you won’t go back to any other brand. I’m a picky customer and they have not disappointed me yet. Go woolx!!!

I wrote a review on Woolx (I think it was for 3 stars). I wanted to update it now that I've had the product a while, so I went back to the page and found that my review wasn't there anymore. So when they say they have 118 5-star reviews, who even knows what that means? When buying things online, reviews are the only way to get information and therefore, there is no way I can recommend or trust a company that censors reviews. We all know there is tons of review fraud going on, but the problem is particularly bad when a company manages its own reviews.

We love their Merino wool base pants and shirts! Great quality wool and super soft! The delivery works great and their products are well worth the price. We got their medium and heavy quality pants, turtleneck and crew shirts, and they are awesome in winter underneath our hiking garment. My husband uses the medium layers for work in the cold season, and it makes it a lot more bearable outside than the cotton base layers he bought before from the supermarket. I used to only wear cotton to avoid skin irritations, but with their 100% merino wool I feel really comfortable. I wish the pricing would still be as it was when they started out. We strayed a bit for a while and tested the Meriwool base layer pants, but my husband said they are not as comfortable as the WoolX base layer pants because of how they manufactured the seams. So, even though they're a bit more expensive we'll stick with WoolX. January 15: Turnes out they sent me a 15% off coupon for my next purchase after I reviewed them on their homepage. So, I ordered another item. This time a tunic for myself. They seem to have a customer reward point system for when you order directly on their site, so I'll definitely try that. Got a feeling that they actually really appreciate their repeat customers.

Woolx is a really good company. They use the best wool and it is not hot and scratchy like other wool clothing. I bought some items for an upcoming Camino hike. I read a lot of good things about this company and they will give you a coupon code if you call them, too.

Wonderful quality, fast delivery and great customer service! Great value. I also love that the wool is ethically sourced. Will oder more and am looking forward to more colors and styles!
