WoolOvers Tracking Order Status

It was very quick. The parcel arrived in good condition and very soon after the order was placed.

Very friendly and helpful customer service, sorted out an issue with stock and managed my order over the phone very efficiently.

The website is easy to navigate. I tend to use the phone when ordering as I like the personal contact. Woolovers always go one step beyond with their customer service and their goods are of great quality.

I received a cardigan that was of pretty poor finish, but only realised this after I had washed it! However, on informing customer services (with a photo) - and not expecting a replacement - I got a swift reply and a replacement without any quibble. 10/10.

I first used Woolovers in 2017 and was very pleased with their products and sizing. Since then most of my Jumpers are from them. However, more recently i notice they are made of Poor Quality Wool, that bobbles or pulls and shrinks badly. They are unwearable after a couple of months. The price is also too high.
