Woods Furniture Tracking Order Status

Very pleased with the help of Richard who sold me the Sofabed which fits in perfectly. And both Peter & Carl who delivered it, extremely cautious with surrounding decor and furniture. Very pleasant guys

Spent months looking for the right dining furniture. Found Woods last week who appeared reasonably priced with exactly what I was looking for. Had a small issue with ordering which Anthea helped me out with. She was friendly and understanding and I was confident that I’d chosen the right place to go to. Thanks Anthea! My furniture was delivered only a couple of days later. The courier cost was worth it, the furniture was well packaged and I was kept updated throughout with the delivery schedule. The furniture is beautiful and although I haven’t used the extender part of the dining table yet I’m over the moon with it! We haven’t had dining furniture for plus six months, due to moving and renovating my home, so I can’t wait to sit down this weekend and use it. Thanks Woods Furniture, you’ve helped turn my house into a home without breaking the bank!

We have purchased furniture previously at Woods and the service was excellent so we decided to use them again. The shop assistant in Dorchester was knowledgeable and most helpful and provided a coffee along the way! The furniture was delivered today by Peter and Carl who, in a cheerful, careful and most efficient way unpacked and positioned the furniture for us. A super company to deal with.

Bought a dining bench which arrived with a small defect. This company has some of the best customer service we have ever encountered. The bench was collected and a new one delivered very quickly. We even went ahead and ordered more chairs from them knowing if there was any issues then they would be rectified. We would not hesitate to use this company again in the future. Thank you!

Trundle bed, book shelf and 2 dining chairs all delivered, assembled and put in place this afternoon. Peter and Carl took great care not to damage anything in the house whilst moving things about placing items in position.
