WOODLAND DIRECT Tracking Order Status

I ordered 2 gas Del Mar Firepits. Danny was my contact and I received excellent customer service. I am an interior designer and deal with many issues day in and day out. Danny was great! He always answered his phone, answered all my questions, kept in personal contact throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company and Danny!

When I accidentally ordered a natural gas version vs a propane one, Tom Pierce went out of his way to make sure the conversion kit was available and had it sent to me free of charge. Talk about going above and beyond! This was the best customer service I have had in years. I would go to them first for all my fireplace needs.

I purchased a fireplace from Woodland Direct. First of all, the fireplace is awesome, and the sales rep did an amazing job ensuring I made the right purchase for the space. Upon installation of the fireplace, the installer noted a part was missing. The part was not included in the manufacturer's instructions, which made it difficult to specify. Woodland's customer support rep worked tirelessly to 1) connect with the manufacturer to ID the part and 2) get the part ordered & sent out to me asap! They were prompt, courteous and helpful. I am definitely a fan!!
