Woman Within Tracking Order Status

I have been using this company for over 15 years and have generally been pretty happy with my purchases. They sell basic, timeless, larger sized clothing at reasonable prices with nice color selections. The clothing is not made to last forever, but at least with their reasonable pricing, I get my money's worth. I have to be careful and selective, however, to avoid needing to return things, because shipping costs and return shipping costs are high, and it is difficult to deal with customer service (the usual call center waits for ignorant reps that almost every company, even with higher prices, subjects customers to). I tend to order in batches, e.g., when I have a major discount promo, and stick with mostly time-proven items. I also like that they allow payment with paypal which avoids credit card confusion.

Poor quality clothing. Problems with size fitment. Horrible on returns.

I ordered a robe for my daughter a few days before Christmas. The first time she put it on the zipper separated. We got it closed that first time but it kept separating. Finally it became a real mess. The return program was so easy. I went to our local Staples store and they took care of it.

I purchased 2 items from Decathlon and received the items with no problem. It didn't fit me so I open an RMA to exchange to another size. Your return request RMA457479 for order USS426359 has been submitted successfully.

Shipping charges are ridiculously high. I kept deleting items from my order until I got the s&h down to something remotely reasonable. Will not order from them again even though I like their clothes. Will shop/buy local which is comparable to online prices plus s&h.
