Wolven Tracking Order Status

I have ordered from this company multiple times and have always had a great experience. Until recently… The last order I got took FOREVER to ship. I placed it for some preorder sale items, they were not supposed to ship for a month but discounted so o went for it. The estimated shipping date came and went and I still had not received any word. They told me there was some production issues due to Covid and they would get it shipped as soon as they could. I finally got it and love everything! They also gave me a free legging for the hassle. I will purchase from here again, because the quality is excellent. I really hope the delay was just a one time thing and that these guys can keep up with their orders in a more timely fashion in the future.

Best sustainable clothes I've bought in a while. I am very selective about what brands I support and when I found Wolven on Instagram I loved how they were a female-founded small business and how all their clothes were made sustainably. When I got my order I was so pleased with the quality of the fabric (so soft and beautiful) and have been so impressed with how they hold up, doing yoga a few times a week and literally wearing the pants everyday - still in great condition and I always get compliments! This was my first order from Wolven and I was excited about their sustainability aspect. The clothes do not disappoint - super softy, comfy, and fit great.

I absolutely love the clothes; it's the customer service that I have trouble with. I ordered my outfit on December 26 and did not receive it until mid-March. Every time I sent an email, they would tell me that there are "shipping delays." The icing on the cake was when they emailed in March to say that they will comp. me a new pair of leggings, in addition to my order, due to the delays. They sent me another email retracting this commitment because, as it turns out, they had just shipped my original order. This felt like a slight since they were already extremely delayed. When I expressed my disappointment, they did not respond. While I love my outfit and their (proclaimed) vision as a company, I do not think I will be purchasing from them again.

I seriously thought I had been scammed. I ordered October 8 and one pair was on Pre-Order for November. I emailed a couple times throughout November asking about the shipping date and received emails back saying they were shipping at the end of the week. They never did. All this time I’m getting promotional emails multiple times per day with 50% offers. Why on earth would you be running sales if you can’t fulfill orders placed in October? I finally emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money. Of course they never responded and shipped my order immediately after. I truly wanted to hate the leggings but I have to admit they are kind of nice. The top inner band inside the waist is very tight and doesn’t give much, so I don’t love that. But otherwise they’re made of a smooth material, non see-through, and the prints are pretty. I would never buy from them again which is a bummer but what I ended up with I’ll keep.
