Wizz Air Tracking Order Status

Mal con esta compañía porque no hice el embarque, me cobraron demasiado para mi una vergüenza de robo , no todos entienden las tecnologías y otro idioma , también los asientos incómodos

Volo Roma - Barcellona tutto ok. Volo Barcellona - Roma del 08/05, un mezzo disastro: il volo che sarebbe dovuto partire alle 22:50 è atterrato a Roma poco prima delle 04:00 del 09/05. Si sono succedute almeno 3 comunicazioni della compagnia per comunicare lo spostamento del volo, con orari sempre diversi. Arrivati in aeroporto alle 23:00 ci è preso un colpo perché non avevano aggiornato l'orario della partenza. Considerando che le persone magari il giorno dopo lavorano pure, una seccatura.

They are not my favourite airline but I like to give credit where it's due. They always have the cheapest flight prices to a lot of smaller cities. If you follow the rules you usually don't get overcharged but that's how they make their money. I had to deal with two consecutive cancellations last year and it was a nightmare getting through to a human. Took about 8 months to finally get the compensation issued. Last week I tried to get a compensation and it took 5 minutes to fill out a form and I got my money 3 days later. I have to compliment WizzAir for trying to get on the right path.

Very slow check in, with only one desk open for priority check in. More supervisors doing nothing than staff attending to customers They look very short staffed and badly managed. I will avoid this airline when possible
