Wismec Tracking Order Status

What is most important, eye appeal, build quality, or backing your product? I purchased the Wismec R80 some months back and though the R80 was one of my favorite for eye appeal their coils are shoddy and leak horribly. I currently need a new 4ml pod cartridge, but they are no longer available (planned obsolescence?). I was simply told in a cool manner; "Discontinued." Moreover, the 518 tank adapter also failed, so, money wasted on a vape kit. I'll be giving the R80 away to someone who can't afford a decent kit. If you're looking to purchase a quality vape kit stick with name brands like SMOK, Aspire or Geek Vape. I also own these and have nothing to complain about, especially the Aspire products. I sincerely hope this review helps potential buyers stay clear of Wismec.

your customer service sucks! i had to repair the device i ordered, it turns out that it had a bad solder so i had to pry it open and re-solder the damn thing!

I had my wismec r80 for a couple of months, after a full charge it kept say battery low every time I'd press the button, very messy when filling the tank, also leaks a little too, always had to order new coils online as shops never had them in stock which costs me more money with delivery, quite heavy too and the cap never stays on

I have had two reuleaux gen 3 mods. The coating peeled off in my hands within 3 months. Before a year, the button stopped working. This was repeated in both mods. I have had one reuleaux 2/3 mod. It was alright. Sturdy built on the outside, but the soldering of wires on the inside was not great. I had to re-solder the large red wire back in place after it just popped out of place one afternoon from shaking the mod. Other than that, it worked fine until some juice leaked into the components from the connection.

Man, I couldn't disagree with the other reviewers any more than I do. I've made multiple purchases from Wismec. I have 2 mods now plus all the coils I have purchased. During my last purchase, I bought an incompatible coil for my tank. There was (unintentionally) misleading information on one of their web pages. I emailed service(@)wismec.us Sunday afternoon. I got a response Sunday night, and the issue was fixed for me - and future customers - by Monday afternoon. This is the type of company I stick with. I couldn't tell you if customer service was a joke in the past but fixed their act recently, or if the bad reviews are paid negative-ad-writers (all 1-star reviews smells fishy). It doesn't matter to me because my experiences have been really good, and I thought they deserved some praise.
