Wisconsin Cheeseman Tracking Order Status

On February 27, 2024, my order shipped from your facility when I placed it online. I am a member of the Wisconsin CheeseMan and I placed an order and in less than 5 minutes I received confirmation that order was placed, followed up by another email when my order was being processed. I ordered the "Spring Bridge Mix"and "Fruit & "Nuts Breads" and "Cremes Gift Assortment and lastly a box of "Liqueur Petits Fours". I appreciate the daily updates to have an idea of when the shipment will arrive at its destination. I have ordered in the past to previous family members, and they loved your products. I decided to send as a birthday gift to my Auntee whos Bday was approaching the first week of March. When she received the package everything was well packed and it arrived safely. I did receive tracking confirmation on the package when it arrived to my Auntees building. Once she received it, she said she enjoyed everything. I ordered chocolate covered cherries in December. They were melted into a big gooey mess. My son tried to eat one and had to use a spoon. Not worth the effort or money. He threw them away. Will never order from them again

I was not happy with the customer service at all. Would not recommend!
