Winparts IE Tracking Order Status

Received an order today of shock absorber struts with all the other bits to go with them coil springs top mounts and bearings etc. Took 13 days from time of order Most of the parts arrived okay and packaged. The struts however, being the most expensive part, arrived in their box that was pretty much in 2 halves and the struts were clearly visible sticking out of the box. Box fell apart without any effort. The struts seem to have survived but I will know for sure when they are installed. Very unhappy about the way they were delivered but couldn't refuse as I need to install these parts. One of the struts make a noise when compressed by hand the other is completely silent so will have to see when they're installed on the car

Good: Great value prices. Simple ordering process and good info on website. Delivered within estimated time (1 week). Bad: The 5L of engine oil in the order leaked approx 0.5L inside the shipping box. It seems to have leaked from the lid. It soaked into the boxes of the other items in the order, including new brake shoes. So I received only 4.5L of oil and contaminated new brakes, which might be too dangerous to use. Perhaps this is UPS fault more than Winparts, but the box packing was so loosely done that it let a heavy 5L oil container bounce around during shipping. I will maybe use Winparts again some day, but never get 5L of oil shipped again.

Easy to order and good quality products for a great price

Shipping was very misleading. Expected next day delivery (as indicated on the site). Got next week delivery. 6 days late. Parts seem fine but fast shipping was my reason for choosing winparts.

Brilliant and very competitive experience. Also ups courier went out of their way to make sure I got my delivery on time . Will be using both companies again thanks 👍
