I was a bit worried seeing the reviews AFTER making the purchase. They accept PayPal so can’t be dodgy right!? Lo and behold, my All Clad pan arrived within a week of purchase! Stockholm to Australia via DHL. Fast, easy transaction. Would buy again.

Williams Sonoma is obviously a legitimate company; however, I recently bought an expensive product that ended up being incredibly disappointing (after waiting for 3 months for it to arrive). I tried to write a review for the product on the site but it kept getting rejected with this message: Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! However, the same email has no information / guidance on what guidelines I needed to follow. My review was not inappropriate in any way, I couldn't understand why it would not be approved; it simply expressed my disappointment in the product & why. So be careful when buying products on their site with no reviews - it's probably because it's not a good product and they don't allow for negative reviews.

I have a follow up to this that I have added on to the end of this review. I have been shopping with Williams-Sonoma online for years. Usually nothing goes wrong anyway but in the rare case there was a problem, they had a good customer service team to straighten things out. That is sadly no longer true. In the fall I placed an order for 2 items which included pumpkin pancake mix which I buy every year because I love it. They not only did not send me the pancake mix but what they did send was a box of mints. They told me too bad they were out of the mix and also sent me a label and bothered me to return the mints. But that was nothing compared to my next orders' incident. In January I purchased their membership that gives you free shipping for a year and admission to 4 online cooking classes for free. I looked up the classes and there were 2 at the end of January that looked really good so I decided it was worth it and paid $99 for this and signed up. I got my email welcoming me and in the email it said use code __________ for the classes only nothing was in the space and it didn't give a code. So I called the next day. After getting disconnected by the first customer service rep, I got through to a very nice young man who finally got a supervisor to contact IT to find out how to resolve. He told me he could give me a refund OR I can wait 2 days and they would contact me and give me a code so I could register for the classes I wanted to take. That was after 1.5 hours on the phone and I figured ok I will wait for the code. Only the code never came. No one got in touch with me and the classes ended and no one (not in junk mail either) ever reached out. So mid February I wrote again, forwarded the email that gave no code and asked that they please refund my money. They replied that it has been escalated to management and I would hear back in 2 to 3 days. 2 weeks later, nothing. So I wrote again today. I believe they do not keep any records of prior issues because the answer that I got was here is the code (a little too late) and no we can't give your money back. Do NOT shop with these people online because they don't know what the heck they are doing and they are clueless and could care less about a customer who has shopped with them for many many years. I don't even recognize them anymore. I have so much in my home from online and store shopping from their company and I am beyond ever wanting to shop with them again. it is 10 days later and I am adding to this review. Apparently the code they gave me the last interaction was not even a valid code. But what finally settled the issue was going to the Better Business Bureau. Then a different arm of the customer service dept responds. They got me the real code. And they still did not refund my money however they issued a credit that was acceptable. So my advice to you is to file a complaint with the BBB and someone who knows what they are doing will actually respond. It is a shame to have to do that now but it finally got me a resolution to the problem. Since writing this last statement I received an additional courtesy compensation without even asking because someone in their organization realized just how badly they screwed up. So I have gone from a one star to 3 because I felt that their going above and beyond to make up for what they put me through was pretty decent.

Everything Ive ordered has been delivered in great condition, and promptly! Will be ordering from them again!!

Watch out because they charge a "Return Shipping Fee" when you return items. It's like a "restocking fee" and it's not clear in their Return Policy.
