I was trying to get a solid gold charm for my wifes 21st wedding anniversary. As I've being getting 1 for my wife each year. I wanted 1 with '21 years' or '21st' on design. I tried all my local jewelry stores and pawn brokers i a 10mile radius. Lots didn't even do number digits on charms so I tried the Internet. Another couple of hours trawling through lots of pics, but no success. Whilst looking , I came across WILLIAM MAY JEWELLERS. At the of the screen cam a 'chat with us' bubble. I don't usually chat on that type of platform but I was getting desperate, so I clicked on it and wrote a message with my requirements, wow, they sent me all the pics that they had of my desired product, (6 different types including the 21 that I require) It was so easy. I clicked on the 1 that fitted bill brilliant. 21 with a floral wraith around it. I ordered it and payed with my card. On the delivery advise I also clicked that it was a 'gift '. Meaning I didn't want any description or payment info on the outside of the packaging. Just 30mins later i received a voice call from a very nice lady at William May. (Sorry I can't remember her name) They were making a follow-up call to clarify the 'its a gift ' tag. She then explained how things work and even asked if it was ok to post it out that very day. I was quite shocked and impressed at the service thay gave me, the package came a day earlier than expected and was grateful for the swift and pleasant service I received, even down to the delivery driver. Excellent service from all involved, well done William May. I have already recommended and told others about the brilliant service.
