Wilko.com Tracking Order Status

It was very easy to navigate the website which made it easy to order the christmas tree. The tree came on the stated day and is a lovely fibre optic tree, I bought when there was money of which was good too.

I ordered three plant pots these where great and I am happy with the service. However......I also ordered three ceramic pots and they arrived broken to completely smashed. Had to do a customer service form. The reply took days and I was given a full refund minus the delivery for those. I was told I could place a new order. However given that all three pots where wrapped loosely in paper and only two pieces of bubble wrap at the top and bottom I have decided to shop somewhere else for these items. Very disappointed.

I messaged to say 2 of my mugs I purchased are broke . I’ve had no response back from you , I paid for 8 only got 6 in good condition

Goods ordered on Sunday and delivered today. Absolutely brilliant Couldnt ask for anything better. Well done Wilko you never let my dogs down

Order came quickly, so happy company continuing, all being it through Range, however, many items remained obtainable so everything good!
