Wildgrain Tracking Order Status

I have been ordering from Wildgrain for about a year. When I first started with them my order would process and my order would go out pretty quickly afterwards based on what day it processed as they do not ship out on certain days. The last few months it has taken a week or more from the time my order processes and I AM CHARGED before the order goes out. Don't even try to contact customer service because they rarely respond. It's a shame because their product is really good but to pay $100 for six loaves of bread and to have horrendous customer service is not good. I will be cancelling my subscription. I specifically ordered early this month so I could have it before Thanksgiving and that has not happened. Perhaps they should hire more people if their business has picked up. They lost a customer in me.

Everything we have received is perfect! Never received anything that wasn't delicious and in perfect shape. Best subscription food box we have ever tried and longest we have ever stayed with one!

Everything is good. I have favorites now and occasionally try something new, and always delighted I did.
