Honestly, I was sceptical of this at first, I’m usually in painful bloats most evenings, to the point where I was putting off eating all together just to avoid the pain afterwards! No matter the size of meal! But literally after one dose I was shocked with the results! I’m on my second week and just take one once a day in the AM. I wish I had a before picture!
