WideAngleSoftware Tracking Order Status

Downloaded the update of the new version, bought the lifetime license for this version, and downloaded all the data from sms, contacts, etc - it worked like a charm and I manually uploaded it on the new phone back into whatsapp, etc. What a God's send. I did have a couple of questions and the support was fast and most helpful with additional tips. I wish Google & Microsoft were as professional.

After eight months of using Droid Transfer, it suddenly stopped working. After spending a couple of hours trying to solve the problem myself, in the late afternoon I asked for help. At 09:30 the following morning I received a reply from Adam W who explained very clearly in a lot of detail how to correct the problem. He also apologised on behalf of Wide angle software for the inconvenience the problem had caused and continued to explain the reason for it. The customer service is excellent

This tool works like a charm! I could recover files, images and messages from a Backup I did from a "dead" phone. The Customer Service is also very helpful and kind. Thank you!

I had purchased droid transfer a couple of years ago and lately it wasn't connecting anymore via usb and also wifi to phone, version 1.67. The support staff was very understanding with my issue and they addressed it quickly and professionally. They provided me a new package and it's working good now.
