White Stuff Tracking Order Status

Ordered some gifts for Mother’s Day over a week ago with express delivery to my local store. Heard nothing all week and contacted customer service to be told that my order has been lost. Now there is not enough time to have a replacement order sent out. Edit: Since writing my review White Stuff Customer Service Management were true to their word and contacted me directly after carrying out a thorough investigation into what went wrong. I was very impressed with how they responded to my review which has restored some faith.
