White Fox AU Tracking Order Status

Slow to process/post, wrong size so returned it but White Fox only allows a store credit (not a refund unless faulty) and minus $9.95 for return postage which the customer pays. I wanted to swap for another size but they don't do that, you have to return the item (and to use the credit, wait for the return to be processed) then order again (2 weeks later....!). WAY smoother process shopping online at Gingham and Heels (and free returns)!

Placed two separate orders, they only shipped one and kept telling me that my order had been shipped. I finally received both orders and one item looked dramatically different to the pictures, they refused to do anything except offer me store credit, meaning I would have to pay for shipping to replace the item. Did not try to resolve my issue at all. Given the price, I expected more and will not shop with them again.

Items arrived quickly and are great quality and true to size

These clothes are made of seriously cheap material because on all my jumpers after washing them a mysterious stain or two appears and I can’t work out why. I’ve tried everything to get rid of them but it doesn’t come out. Thought this was just a me issue till I just saw on an online thread multipleeeee people are having the same issue. High price items for low quality rubbish. If I wanted that I could have just ordered from Shein. Never again.

I previously submitted a very poor review when there was a product shortage. I decided to give the another go and just want to say it was outstanding. I received my order within 4 days if ordering. I am so glad they have redeemed themselves. Will remain a loyal customer thank you
