I messed up a sizing of clothing I ordered and they got in touch with me very quickly which I appreciate heaps

I got a stained jumper but their team was understanding and able to send me free return and send me a new one

the shipping times and returns are difficult and takes months to get a store credit if you make a return. clothes are cute and good quality but that definitely needs to be fixed .
