WhatGeek Tracking Order Status

Ordered a handheld retro console on Sunday 15th October. Estimated shipping 5-15 days - 15th day being 3rd November. Item arrived 1st November, as described. They did send an email to say it was out of stock - which was unnecessary because it arrived within the estimated delivery time - and caused anxiety and led me to read and believe the negative reviews. To conclude - they sent their item out as described within the time period suggested.

No 1 - it's not clear that they are a China based company. Prices in pounds, UK in their URL. 2 - communication is sketchy at best. 3 - only when I asked to cancel the order did they miraculously provide me with a tracking number. 4 - it took over a month for the keyboard kits to arrive in the UK despite me paying extra for a quicker service. In retrospect I would not have used the company if I'd known how much hassle it would be and how sketchy their customer service is

I was initially apprehensive as I knew the product was being shipped from abroad but the team at whatgeek were super hands on providing updates and the item arrived well within the delivery window. Will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thanks guys!

Fantastic quality, definitely worth the money. They helped me a lot with any issues I had. Delivery and communication can be a bit slow, but the product is great.
