The products are fantastic and really help. I have to say a massive thank you to Gina who went above and beyond to sort out a missing parcel. I’ve not experienced such great customer service like this for a very long time. Highly recommend.

Randi Shady is the reason I felt compelled to write this review. I get the sense that Westlab know they have a gem and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Fantastic customer service, built rapport , efficient, kind, empathetic, friendly and professional.

I've been buying Westlab products for about 5 years now;- the dead sea range in particular. I started buying this shower gel when I hd uriticaria (itchy skin) which required me to avoid perfumes products. The product is great value for money and has helped my skin. It's all I use now. During Covid I also started buying the dead sea mud and salts to use in my at-home spa ritual, on my legs and feet. Unfortunately Morrisons stopped stocking the shower gel so I had to start buying direct online but with bulk savings and free delivery this isn't too bad. It would just be easier to buy in-person. I had a small issue with my recent order which was handled promptly, professionally and satisfactorily by Gina. Thanks so much. You've kept a loyal customer and I'd recommend you to others

This was the first time i had used westlab for their Epson salts as seemed more cost effective. Parcel arrived with split open bag. Contacted customer support and got an immediate response and immediate replacement of damaged product. (A promised parcel packaging was going to be looked at this year). Love product and impressed by customer service.
