Wellpack Europe Tracking Order Status

Ordered some boxes specifically because they offered next day delivery. No boxes arrived. I then received a message from DPD 3 days later saying my order had been posted, with an expected delivery date 5 days later. Haven't responded to my emails. AVOID

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered through Amazon, 2 weeks and I’m still waiting. I have emailed through Amazon 3 times, received automated response. emailed company twice, no response. Phoned no answer!!! Emailed Amazon who are taking no responsibility as “shipping is sellers responsibility” Shame on you Amazon!! Sent proof that DPD have not received parcel. Nothing!!! Where does one go from here????

Avoid at all costs. Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered boxes,they arrived but were bigger than stated dimensions thus unfit for purpose. Emailed straight away and called to arrange return. No response at all from emails and despite being told twice over the phone my refund was being processed. Had to go through my bank to claim refund.

I ordered loose fill packing peanuts from them through Amazon. I only received less that two thirds of the volume I ordered. My complaints and request for restitution have been ignored. Avoid this company.

Delivery was slow took 2 weeks to come. They where not very helpful on phone, he gave me wrong tracking then after conversation he Said I will give you the correct one. The box corners ripped and very weak. The box is ok but not strong I had to use a large tape to cover hole box to make it stronger. Also bubble wrap is very thin and feel very cheap.
