There were two issues with the product I purchased through Wellbots that had nothing to do with the company. Even so, they stood behind the product and got both issues resolved to my complete satisfaction. Business is easy for a company when everything goes perfectly it's only when things go sideways do you find out how a business truly handles their business. I recommend Wellbots

Placed an order with Wellbots for solar equipment. Customer service explained what I needed and quoted me prices much less than any other vender. Only problem I had was items were shipped from different warehouses. A mixup occurred with the delivery. I called customer service and spoke with Solene. Problem was resolved in a short time. Very happy with my purchase and the support I received. I recommend this company very highly.

I purchased a SwellPro Splash 4 drone through Wellbots. I had problems with the drone. SwellPro was not very helpful implying the problems were either my fault or "part of the fun". Wellbots jumped in and helped me resolve the issues. They stayed with me through the whole situation. Had I purchased my drone through someone else I am sure my experience would have been less agreeable.
