Well.ca Tracking Order Status

Unfortunately, items often arrive damaged. Today it was expensive chocolate meant as part of a Christmas gift (ordered on the 20th), opened and smashed to pieces. Prices are also not at all competitive, tracking does not function properly, and customer service is generally biased against the customer. I've shopped at well.ca for years, tolerated quite a lot. It's gotten so bad that I am now compelled to walk away.

Love the look of the site and products are reasonably priced but their customer service and delivery is horrible…..and there really is no way to get in touch with management!!!! I placed an order on Nov. 17 and am now told it will be delivered by a company called Tforce on December 12th / unacceptable time line. Will not order from them again. Very disappointed

Have been a regular customer of Well for many years. I like their products and they seem to always have stock. However, the last several orders that I have placed have all had problems with delivery. I ended up cancelling the last order due to non-delivery and the impossibility of getting tracking information.

Great company. I have ordered from them several times. They usually ship fast and their prices are competitive. The last time I ordered there was an issue with one item. I contacted them about it and they quickly rectified the situation by refunding me for the damaged item. Great customer service!
