Welch The Florist Tracking Order Status

I had a beautiful tied bouquet delivered on 22nd August , it is now 30th August and they still look amazing. Best bouquet I have ever received.

Thank you Welch for putting right the flowers I had received on Saturday from my Dad. The replacement bunch were fresh and well balanced in appearance. The error was corrected by lunch on Monday and email comma swift. My Dad loved them when I sent him the image, as at 87yrs was proud he had achieved this task! Many thanks

I previously wrote a disappointing review after not receiving contact from the florist. Unfortunately their reply went to my spam folder. A few days later I had a call fromWelch the Florist and we were able to clarify and sort all the disappointment. An apology and an agreement to reimburse my son who lives in Switzerland, since then I have had a personal delivery from Gareth the managing director of the business with a beautiful arrangement of flowers for me to enjoy as well. A most unexpected and kind gesture. So a final review and a big thank you to Welch the Florist for their kindness and excellent customer Setvice.

I wrote on Welch own comment page on Match 14th one day after delivery but their reply was not read as it went into my junk. The flowers ordered by my son living in Switzerland were a disgrace faded and curling. The balloon drooping within hours of delivery hanging beside the base of the arrangement. My other son ordered an almost identical arrangement from a florist in Radcliffe on Trent and the quality was not comparable and gave clear indication that your flowers were not fresh and no care given to the inflation of balloon. The florist has now emailed in response to my concerns and offered a full refund to my son in living in Switzerland. It has been a disappointment but thank you very much to Welch the Florist for their prompt action once contact was established. From a disappointed elderly mum.

Very professional and efficient service, I wanted to change my order at short notice and it wasn't a problem. Really beautiful flowers and looked fantastic when delivered. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and certainly use them again. Thank you!
