Weebly Tracking Order Status

my marketing agency only use weebly ;) ... well, and wix... and wordpress... but 90% is weebly.

Good product, bad support The Weebly builder itself is great (I haven't found anything close to it) but the support sucks. They were bought out by square in 2018 and not sure what happened but since then their support has been abysmal. I had an issue with inviting members to edit my website, but the inviting members wouldn't receive an invitation from Weebly. I literally contacted Weebly like six times and it was always some automated response and they kept saying they'd get back to me but never did. Unfortunately I haven't found a suitable alternative to Weebly. They have bugs that come and go, which is already a bummer, but the complete lack of support is wild.

Weebly is a website building platform with a user-friendly interface and great potential. Unfortunately, the customer experience is plagued by inadequate customer support. While Weebly has powerful tools for creating websites, improvements in their customer service could be a positive step.

Jeg har brugt weebly i 3 år nu og synes den er velfungerende og nem at bruge. Jeg har dog arbejdet med websider før og foretrækker denne. Folk der køber den billige plan og undre sig over der er ting man ikke kan bruge, burde læse oversigten over de forskellige planer, så kan man se hvad de kan og hvad de koster. Man får ikke en velfungerende salgs-website for ingen penge, den slags koster. Jeg har fået hjælp de gange jeg har haft et problem, både ved at skrive til dem, men også på chatten. Eneste minus er at man ikke har mulighed for at tilknytte flere website med rabat men skal betale dobbelt.
