Wedgwood Tracking Order Status

Fab service. Placed the order online and the items were delivered by DHL on time and in great order. I would highly recommend. Order was placed on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday.

It took me four phone calls and daily chasing. I had received a delivery note and a shipping confirmation but the parcel had not even been passed to DHL. Delivery was 6 days late before staff disclosed the warehouse had missed a pallet of orders. Before that they didn’t know why the warehouse had not dealt with the order. Instead it was delivery will be on this date or that date and the date couldn’t be changed. And you had no choice but to stay home the entire day waiting. I wish staff had been proactive and transparent (i.e. phoned back to explain what was happening). Also, 1) Company is aware that you may not receive an email confirmation following purchase. Best to call customer services 01782 282651 rather than email - which will be answered in 3-5 working days. 2) There is no delivery time window from DHL. Their email reads ‘before end of day’ which is anytime between 9am and 6pm. 3) When I have bought Wedgwood products online from retailers (e.g. Harrods, Selfridges) in the past, they have arrived in quality blue/gold pictorial/floral boxes with Wedgwood written on it. This dinner set came in plain brown boxes - the kind you find on warehouse shelves. 3 stars because the experience was stressful plus I have to individually wrap these nine boxes so it looks like a gift.

Really happy with my set of plates; they were exactly what I was after. Items were well packed and delivered safely. Nice easy buying process and clear website.

Surprisingly received my teaset within 5 days although confirmation mail took 4 days to receive.it was well packaged and came in excellent condition.very happy with the purchase

I love Wedgwood and their products. I recently raised an issue regarding some silver plate. It was replaced immediately and without quibble. I will continue to add to my huge collection. Thank you
