I liked it that you can modify/add keywords to set alert from specific to what we are looking at, but be prepared to spend extra/alot of time to set this up if your kid uses a MacBook instead of a Windows operating system. Also, depending on how much gaming kid does, be prepared to pay little extra to store the screenshots. Tech support tried to help, but a lot of the screenshots were incomplete.
