AVOID. Website design ok (thus the star), unfortunately, what spoils the experience are all other hosting/ email/ domain aspects - they keep control of absolutely everything so even for the simplest issues, you must use the chat every time and it is VERY SLOW and frustrating. It took them over 7 working days to stop my emails suddenly arriving as spam in my (new and existing) client's inboxes - which was due to them omitting to update a setting following an update - and even though, the issue was never entirely sorted out. About impossible to speak to anyone over the phone (still unsure of the phone number to call at this point!); which is a shame as canceling your subscription is supposed to be done over the phone. Very slow at dealing with anything over the chat (for ex. it took 1.5 hours to arrange the domain transfer and ask to cancel the subscription!). I was so glad when my year of contract expired so I could transfer my domain somewhere else; it turns out they even charged me £16 for that (!) and it is taking up to 5 days. They make it as hard as possible for you to leave and they try to reconduct the contract rather sneakily. I am still biting my fingers for ever choosing them. It cost me clients and time so ended up being very expensive. Big mistake.
