Then recently i was charge two membership worth119$ each ( i just cancelled my membership last January 2023) and also that day i just top up for may coins for 19.99$ using my credit card. then i receive a notification from my bank the i paid for a membership thru paypal (different card was use) i didnt do it because at that time i was working. So i contacted Webnovel about it and they cannot help me and also I didn’t received an email about the membership. So they ask me to contact paypal but they also cannot help me. I message to the customer service of webnovel for the cancellation and refund. They ask me for the receipts, emails and other things which i provided but in the end nothing happened they just ask me to cancel my membership subscription. I also check my phone for the subscription but theres nothing. I checked my purchased history (may 02,2023) there no membership fee there. And then i recheck again (may 03, 2023) it was there already. I was so frustrating. I need my money back.
