Web.com Tracking Order Status

I have created, and subjected to many issues transferring my website to Web.com from another provider. It started Sept.18. and has not finished yet. through it all, many calls, many chats, the one today stands out, Lovely, is the associates handle. Lovely showed empathy for me and my struggles. she listened to me and repeated what she heard, needed to be done. she made me FEEL like she was going to make every effort to resolve my domain issue, and even if she can not, I know she will put as much into it as I put into my website developmement. i built my own website, it took 2 years, of weekend. I used the same service 20 years. it more than a website, it is a window into my gifts and into my life. it meant alot to me for someone to understand my issue and work to find resolution. what you are doing is more than typing orders, and moving issues around, it remembering their are people behind the computer screen, and treating them with respect and compassion for thier issues, Lovely went there for me today, thank you young lady!

The technician who responded to my questions was well-informed and spoke carefully so that I could understand (as opposed to some younger techs who speak with such speed and inarticulation that one can't follow what they say). The technician with whom I talked was very patient, led me through the problem, and concluded with a successful solution.

I had a problem with email not getting to google (gmail) owing to Google's security fixes. I spoke with Jelian A. and within half an hour we got everything sorted out. Yay!

The agent who helped me, Jelian, was knowledgeable and efficient. She was very patient and walked me through what I needed to do.

Justin (Jay) F was very knowledgeable about how to correct my website problems, and he also assisted in setting up my business directory. I appreciate the work that he did and would recommend Justin and Web.com.
