Wear Pact Tracking Order Status

Vera from Customer Service was wonderful. I had an issue with an order where it was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I had ordered from Pact several times prior and never had this issue, but Vera was helpful and informative. She gave me steps to go through to check the labels from USPS online and then offered solutions based on the results. I'm so appreciative to the quick, helpful, and friendly service.

I have ordered clothes, underwear, bath towels, and more from Pact. They have, hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced shopping online. Their returns are hassle free. My only feedback is that I wish they didn't use any elastane, but its always about 5% or less it seems. I have returned some items due to fitting and one that had chemical smell. These are things most people wouldn't notice, but they took it back without issue or question and the return process is a breeze! They have convenient locations and package free shipping. They have organic products as well. Thank you PACT!
